dollar bond. today, it was supposed to be a routine hearing but wasn't. it was quite a day for the supposed mastermind of the web site that indicatored to prostitutes and johns for years before the fbi shut it down on wednesday. he didn't want to talk about it with us. here is how his day began. he was supposed to show up at 9:30 but didn't. lawyers said he didn't appear to be present the judge responded all right. in that kiss i'll issue a bench warrant for arrest. the fbi rushed agents to his home in mountain view and headed to an apartment in santa clara. the fbi found him, reportedly because he wore a tracking device. the 53-year-old man appeared in

court and said he thought this hearing was later, not this morning the judge accepted the excuse. today's hearing was to discuss the request for a private attorney saying he couldn't go on the prosecutor because of the order prohibiting him from using the internet the judge shot back you face more serious charges than just inconvenience. police say it was the most popular site used by traffickers. the web site take down happened just after recovery. police used decoys today set updates. >> meft operations started through social media and just

investigators looking into a fire that gutted a duplex on warring drive. crews say the building's metal roof trapped flames inside. and hrts had to pull back. everybody inside managed to get out safery. one firefighter did suffer injuries >> an overhead fire exploded this morning and sent chunks of casing down on a massing car the driver of the red suv said he had to sweep chunks off the hood of his car. he says he is okay. >> power line exploded above the car. these cables were burning.
